By accessing or using Oratiom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of Oratiom constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Oratiom is a presentation sharing and analytics platform that allows you to upload, share, and track engagement with your presentations. The platform provides real-time viewer analytics, branded sharing links, and team collaboration tools. Features and availability may vary by plan.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Oratiom. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. Oratiom and its logos, features, and functionality are owned by Oratiom and protected by intellectual property laws.
You agree not to use Oratiom for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. You may not upload malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or use the service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using Oratiom, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
Paid plans (Pro and Enterprise) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
Oratiom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oratiom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
